Everyday agent
Week at risk
Every Friday afternoon the AI reads your Linear tasks due in the coming week and your calendar for the same days, then emails YOU the tasks most likely to slip because their day is full of meetings, with one way to make room for each. It cannot change any task or event. You press Approve before the email is sent.
“Every Friday at 3pm, compare my Linear tasks due next week with my calendar and email me which ones are at risk of slipping and how to make room. Ask me before it is sent.”
What it does, step by step
1. Starts by itself
Every Friday at 15:00
2. The AI reads your open Linear tasks
List tasks due in the next 7 days: task, due day, priority. Start with: Due. If none, say: Nothing due.
3. The AI reads your Google Calendar
For each of the next 7 days: date and hours of meetings. Start with: Meetings. One short line a day.
4. The AI thinks it through
From what the AI found: up to 3 tasks due on a busy day, why at risk, one way to make room. Else: Week looks fine.
5. Emails you
Your week at risk
Waits for your Approve
